Description
The Departmental COMSEC Authority (DCA) and Enterprise COMSEC Authority (ECA) are responsible for the Government of Canada’s (GC) departmental COMSEC program. This course will assist both DCAs and ECAs to understand what their roles are and where they fit in the COMSEC hierarchy.
Objectives
- Perform the duties and responsibilities of a DCA
- Describe account management best practices
- Create action plans for various events encountered on the job
Target audience
Government of Canada (GC) personnel who have been appointed as a DCA or ECA.
