Course description
This course will provide a cybersecurity training for universities across Canada for them to learn some strategies for staying cyber safe while travelling abroad.
Objectives
- Recall cyber security preparations and best practices for travel
- Identify the risks from use of airport, hotel, venue, and public wi-fi access points
- Prepare for device seizure at points of entry
- Prepare for device theft
- Recall the issues associated with censorship systems
Target audience
The target audience is university professors, administrators, and students from across Canada.
