- IBM Tivoli Netcool Impact – version 7.1.0.0 to 7.1.0.32
- IBM Jazz for Service Management – version 1.1.3.0 to 1.1.3.20
- IBM Netcool Operations Insight – versions 1.4 to 1.4.1.2, 1.5 to 1.5.0.1 and 1.6 to 1.6.11
