On 16 November 2022, HPE published a Security Advisory to address a vulnerability in the following products:

  • OfficeConnect 1820 Network switches – multiple versions and models
  • OfficeConnect 1850 Network switches – multiple versions and models
  • OfficeConnect 1920S Network switches – multiple versions and models

Exploitation of these vulnerabilities could lead to authentication bypass.

The Cyber Centre encourages users and administrators to review the provided web link, perform the suggested mitigations and apply the necessary updates.
