On 24 March 2020 VISAM released a security update to address a vulnerability in VBASE Editor version 11.5.0.2 and VBASE Web-Remote Module products. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a malicious actor to access unauthorized information, execute code, bypass security mechanisms and discover the cryptographic key for the web login.
