On 15 June 2021 ICS-CERT published an ICS Advisory to highlight a vulnerability in the following product:
- P2P SDK
- version 3.1.5 and prior
- SDK versions with nossl tag
- device firmware that does not use AuthKey for IOTC connection
- device firmware using the AVAPI module without enabling DTLS mechanism
- device firmware using P2PTunnel or RDT module
Exploitation of this vulnerability could permit unauthorized access to sensitive information, such as camera audio/video feeds.
The Cyber Centre encourages users and administrators to review the provided web link, perform the suggested mitigations and apply the necessary updates.
