[Control systems] Rockwell Automation security advisory

On 25 June 2020 US-CERT published an advisory to highlight a vulnerability in the Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Services Platform (versions 6.11.00 and earlier).

A remote, unauthenticated actor could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service or read any local file.
