[Control systems] Rittal security advisory

On 24 October 2019 Rittal released a security update to address a vulnerability affecting the Rittal Chiller SK 3232-Series. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote actor to disrupt the primary operations of the chiller, such as shutting off cooling to other equipment or allowing changes to the temperature set point to be made.
