[Control systems] Moxa security advisory

On 2 December 2019 Moxa released security updates to address vulnerabilities in the Moxa AWK-3121 Series Industrial AP/Bridge/Client.

Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow an actor to view sensitive information, cause availability issues, and execute remote code.
