Apache security advisory – update 1

On 4 October 2021 Apache published a Security Bulletin to address vulnerabilities in the following product:

  • Apache HTTP Server - version 2.4.49

UPDATE 1

On 7 October 2021 Apache released HTTP Server version 2.4.51 to address deficient remediation of CVE-2021-41773 in the following product:

  • Apache HTTP Server – version 2.4.50

END OF UPDATE 1

Exploitation of some of these vulnerabilities may result in information disclosure.

Apache has stated that CVE-2021-41773 is known to be exploited in the wild.

The Cyber Centre encourages users and administrators to review the provided web link and apply the necessary updates.
